CIC412-Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello Sweeties...Welcome back to Cupcake Inspiration Challenge!  Hope you didn't miss us too much during the break.

Grab a bit of cake and a cup of coffee because we have all kinds of news to share with you before we get to this week's challenge!

As we start this new semester we are excited to let you know that CIC is getting a bit of a face lift this semester.  Isn't that exciting?  Last January our Head Bakers Nina and Jen stepped down and long time Design Sweetie Debbie assumed the rigorous task of Head Baker.  We are excited to announce that this semester that EK has stepped up as Head Decorator and will be bringing you all kinds of wonderful cupcakes to feast your eyes on.

We also sad to say that we losing some of our wonderful Sweeties to new adventures.  Many of our Sweeties have been long time designers and we are very sad to see them depart.
However, on a more exciting note, over the coming weeks we will be introducing several new Sweeties to our Family!  To continue to bring you new challenges each week, we are still working with two separate design teams (the even and odd teams), each as equally talented.

And without Further ado, this week's Challenge!

We are sponsored this week by Sparkle N Sprinkle.

Sparkle N Sprinkle

Sparkle N Sprinkle is generously providing a $15 gift certificate to our randomly chosen winner.

Thank you for sponsoring the challenge!

Each challenge, we provide a cupcake to inspire you to create a card  or other craft project following our suggested theme or colors.  Here in the States, it is time for the Fourth of July, so we thought a FIREWORKS theme might be fun for this week's cupcake (linked to original source):

Now for our inspiration from the Design Sweeties:

We would love to have you play along this week! Please be sure to check out our rules in the "Challenge Rules" tab on the top to play along.

Happy Crafting!

Debbie & EK
